BIOS:

ALL cast, crew, management, teaching artists are asked to submit a bio form.  Please click on the

and fill out the Form by end of day Friday, 11/7 for inclusion on the website and in the program.  Thanks!

FOOD:

We are looking to provide food (grazeable, healthy snacks...NOT huge, food coma inducing meals) for all calls longer than four hours (11/8, 11/9, 11/11-11/13).  Please plan on intermittent grazing during those times rather than extended meal breaks.

Also, here's where parental/familial/guardian support is CRUCIAL!  I (Miller) will handle picking up the appropriate food items and servingware...but can't afford to provide all of this out of my personal pocket.  If the family units of the folk receiving of the nourishment could provide any assistance, even $10/$20 for the run, that'd go a long way:

PayPal or Venmo: @tragcom22

ENTRY/EXIT:

During ALL non-school day activities (Tech 1, Tech 2, Veteran's Day), entry and exit from IBW is ONLY through the Stage Door to the Auditorium.  All other entries and exits will be, and must remain, locked for security.

HEALTH/WELLNESS:
This is a time that will test your...everything.  Always does.  You MUST take care of yourself to make it through.  That includes (but isn't exclusive to):
-Eating properly.  Healthful food...not junk, and no going without.
-Hydrating properly.  Water and natural things...not energy drinks and sugar.
-Resting properly.  6-9 hours of sleep.  Every night.  Sleep is a bank, and the more you can save/store, the more you can withdraw later.
-Avoiding illness-risky behaviors.  See all of the above + not drinking from others' drinks, masking up if around unwell folks, etc.
-Maintaining school obligations.  Putting it off and allowing it to stack up exacerbates anxiety and mental dysregulation, as well as causing the body stress and opening it up to illness.
-Taking breaks where you can.
No excuses...make it happen.  For your (and our) sake.

TICKET SALES:
No matter what advertising and public awareness we do on our end, the success of a show in terms of sales at the high school level rides on two things: 1) Word of Mouth from Cast/Crew...folks will come to see YOU, not some show they've never heard of; 2) Word of Mouth from Audiences...folks will also come if they hear from folks who've seen it that it's good/great!
We are dealing with #2 everyday on this project...and it'll be very good.  EVERYONE needs to work on #1, starting now.
Tickets are onsale at southweststageworks.com now!

That's it for now...if there's more, you'll be the first to know!
